And the Twins Select... (Day 2)
I am actually going to the zoo for a few hours this morning and early afternoon, but I did want to have a posting up where people can talk about who the Twins have drafted on Day 2. I know these guys generally may not have the names we have heard of, but they deserve to be mentioned. When I get home, I will update this page and try to keep up with the lightning rounds. Also, be sure to include in the Comments any players from Minnesota who get drafted. I fully expect that Gophers OF and WR Eric Decker will get drafted at some point late. I'm sure there are others, so let's get their names out here. Good for Chaska's Brad Hand, who was selected with the 54th overall pick (2nd round) by the Florida Marlins. Are there any names of players that you're surprised did not get drafted on the first day? Who will be those guys who get drafted after the 10th round when the slotting system is no longer in play?
UPDATE - If you check out the Comments below, frequent reader "FunkytownMN" has been posting each of the picks with links to information about each. So, definitely be sure to check out the Comments for updates!
